TerraforMatch

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

The short version: TerraforMatch doesn't have a server, doesn't require an account, and doesn't collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Your progress is saved only on your own device. The one exception is Google Play Games achievements on Android, which is optional and governed by Google's own privacy policy — see below.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to TerraforMatch, a match-3 puzzle game published by jceddy and available for Android and iOS (the "Game"). It explains what information, if any, the Game collects and how it's used.

Information we collect

We — the developer of TerraforMatch — do not operate any server or backend for the Game, and we do not collect, receive, or have access to any information about you or your device. Specifically, the Game does not:

Data stored on your device

Your progress — discovered planets, resources, unlocked technologies, achievements, and audio preferences — is saved using your device or browser's local storage, entirely on your own device. This data:

Because we never receive this data, we have no way to view, export, or delete it on your behalf — clearing it is done entirely through your own device (uninstalling the app, or clearing site data if you're playing a web build).

Google Play Games Services (Android only)

On Android, unlocking an in-game achievement also attempts to sync it to your Google Play Games profile, if you're signed in with a Google account on your device. This is entirely optional:

Children's privacy

TerraforMatch is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because — as described above — the Game does not collect personal information from any user at all.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future update adds a feature that does collect data — we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
